The Elder Team
Maranatha Church is led by a team of nine (currently 8) elders who serve a 3 year term. All decisions relating to spiritual leadership and oversight are ultimately under their authority. They work with the Staff in developing the mission, vision and strategic plan for the church. Their primary responsibility is to equip the members for ministry, based on Ephesians 4:11-12.

The Staff Team
Maranatha Church has hired a staff team to help us fulfill our mission to develop followers of Jesus. They are primarily responsible for INSPIRING leaders and members with the vision for their particular ministry area, EQUIPPING leaders and members with the skills for serving in their ministry area, and MANAGING the programs, leaders and members involved in their ministry area.
